National Account Services (NAS) , wholly owned by Lennox International, a 100+ year old company and a world leader in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. Job Description

General Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for the coordination of all company contracts and maintaining accurate data in the contract management system.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with account managers to maintain integrity of customer contract terms

  • Setup and manage all customer locations

  • Setup and maintain customer pricing and billing requirements

  • Setup and maintain scheduling for preventative maintenance and agreed upon services

  • Maintain data integrity across all software platforms

  • Review contract terms for accuracy

  • Assist with the monthly reports as needed

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High School degree required and min. 3 years of administrative experience

  • Bachelor degree preferred

  • Prior contract administration or legal document review experience preferred

  • Ability to learn and understand technical terminology

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment

  • Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers
