Under general supervision, implements and maintains systems, processes, and programs in support of leadership and organization development and effectiveness. Programs and systems include, but not limited to: performance management, leadership development, succession management, management and HR “toolkits,” and employee engagement strategies. Provides coaching and support to leaders to enhance their performance.
Supports the implementation of a variety of talent management initiatives, including: Performance Management, Succession Planning, Onboarding, Employee Survey initiatives, Leadership Development programs. Acts as an internal resource to assist employees and managers in meeting employee development needs. Responsible for assessing the training needs of the organization and participates in the development of in-house learning resources for Learning and Organizational Development. Assists in the delivery and facilitation of learning solutions, tool kits and resources to support employee and team development. Participates in the implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities. Conducts research on trends to stay current on latest measures of program effectiveness. Evaluates the Training and Organizational Development programs to determine effectiveness and manage continuous improvement initiatives. Recommends changes to programs.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 year experience in organizational and learning development.
Interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with top management and influence team members. Solid consulting, coaching and instructional design skills. Experience with blended learning techniques (e-learning, instructor led, etc.). Technically savvy with the ability to oversee and use learning development software programs. Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
