Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions to customers in more than 70 countries. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain, Columbus and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, merchandise display cases and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Kysor/Warren and InterLink.
Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.
Under direct supervision, seeking to hire a highly motivated, independent, detailed and action oriented individual to fill the Human Resources Support position.
Leads onboarding of candidates such as pre-employment checks as well as new hire activities such as orientation, new hire documents, creating badges, and new hire assimilation activites
Coordinate annual enrollment including distributing internal communication materials regarding benefits and duties associated with benefits administration
Drive recruitment of hourly associates in a manufacturing environment while also supporting recruitment activities for salaried personnel
Support campus recruitment efforts of co-op and intern students
HR Champion for progams such as Employee Engagement and Care Team efforts
Administrative support for HR department in the core disciplines of HR
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in Human Resources preferred.
Requires at least 5 years of related Human Resources experience.
Experience with HR systems preferred; this role utilizes Kronos, SAP, and iCIMS.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
