Job Description

  • Primary responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of the training program, as well as making recommendations and implementing changes to training content and scope.

  • Maintaining training content, equipment, materials, and records related to the training program.

  • Follow up with trainees after training, conducting remedial training as needed.


  • Good attendance, (2) two or less incidents at the time of the posting

  • Must be a full time employee and possess a good work record.

  • Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints accurately.

  • Must have good teamwork skills

  • Must be a team player with a proven ability to work and coordinate with other

  • shifts and demonstrate good people skills.

  • Must have a broad knowledge of Lennox products with Assembly

  • experience within the past two years.

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft office or equivalent and SAP is a plus.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime with little or no notice.

  • Must be able to work alone and with little or no supervision.

  • Post high school education is a plus.

  • No active safety warnings, verbal or written at the time of the posting.

  • Must be able and willing to train other employees.

  • Previous Crew Leader experience preferred

  • Previous experience with Line 3 Assembly processes preferred

  • Position will have a specific emphasis in On the Job Training (OJT) for New Hires.
